Win A Fender Stratocaster Signed By Blues Greats

There are quite a few fund-raising events going on lately to help support ailing Blues musician, Robin Rogers, who was diagnosed with liver cancer and is not expected to recover. One event that’s likely to get a lot of attention is the raffling of a Fender Stratocaster guitar. The promotion is being offered by Robin Rogers Benefit Central. All proceeds from the raffle will go to Robin and her husband, Tony, to help pay for health care costs and day-to-day expenses. Everyone involved in the various fund-raising events hope to make Robin’s remaining days as comfortable as possible.

The guitar, which was donated by The Music Center in Gastonia North Carolina, is now in Chicago being signed by Buddy Guy, Lurrie Bell, Billy Boy Arnold, Jimmy Johnson, Lonnie Brooks, John Primer, Charlie Musslewhite, Nick Moss, and others. Photos of the signed guitar will be posted when it is returned. This is definitely a collectible worth having, and it’s for a good cause.

Raffle tickets are $5 each. One ticket will be issued for each $5 donated. IMPORTANT!!! Under the personal message section include your name and phone # so the organizers can contact the winner for shipping info. The winning ticket will be drawn during the Robin Rogers Benefit in Charlotte, North Carolina on Sunday, October 24th. You do not have to be present to win.

You can also directly support Robin Rogers in this difficult time by purchasing her new CD, Back In The Fire, directly from her web site. All money from purchases made directly from her web site goes to Robin and Tony.
