Happy Valentine’s Day

Happy Valentine’s Day, ya yahoos! I hope you’re all being happy, getting drunk, getting laid, whether you’re working or sitting at home nursing a hangover. I know, I know. No one really parties on Valentine’s Day (unless the chocolate kicks in), but it’s the intent that counts. Right?
I’m looking forward to this one more than I have in ages. I imagine being in love has something to do with that. But then I’ve been plied with cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I imagine that would significantly improve anyone’s outlook on the day. And mine was pretty good to begin with.
I started to go over some of the reasons why this one seems to special to me, versus some of the past ones. But I think I should let sleeping dogs lie and just move on. I assume it’s enough that I’m happy today. It’s enough for me, anyway.
