Wrangling With Countrywide

I just tried to make another payment with Countrywide and was told that they could not accept a payment at this time. I was forward over to the account technician and left a message for her to call me back. I can only assume this is Countrywide’s next move falling into place, and that they’ll probably be moving to foreclose on the house. I had honestly thought that I had won this one and was going to be able to slowly get things paid up. Silly me, huh? What did I really expect out of Countrywide?
Naturally, I’m jumping to conclusions. But why else would they take three payments from me, and then suddenly stop taking payments, if they’re not about to make a move of some sort?
